1. Contracts with Idealux GmbH are valid exclusively with these conditions. Any different arrangements will be denied. Other arrangements than the herein mentioned can be validated only by our explicit agreement in written form.

2. These common Terms and Conditions are also valid for future cooperations, even if they are not mentioned explicitely once more.

3. Additional verbal agreements have to be documented by a permanent data carrier, e.g. per e-mail. Changes within the conditions, including this term of confirmation, as well as agreements concerning delivery dates and deadlines, which may be arranged mandatorily or without commitment, need to be confirmed by Idealux GmbH



1. Any offers on this websites are free and non-committal, as long as there is no explicit promise. Orders are committal only if we confirm them, or if we send products as a result.

2. The contract is validated by order of the client, when he fills in and confirms the web ordering form on the one hand, and by confirmation or realisation of the order by PUT.de GmbH on the other hand.

3. Complying to delivery deadlines is always dependant on deliveries to ourselves in time. If delivery to a client depends upon our receiving of products by a supplier, and if our delivery does not work for reasons that we don't have to represent, we have the right to cancel the contract. If so, the client has no right to claim compensation for this reason.

4. The same is applicable, if delivery is complicated or made impossible by force majeure or other incidents, that we are not responsible for. Among these incidents are explicitely: fire, flood, indutrial struggle, breakdown, strike and governmental directives, that cannot be calculated within our business risk. In such cases the client will be immediately informed about the delivery failure, and services that have already been accomplished, will be reimbursed without delay.

5. Compensation deliveries are possible in case that a certain article is not available. T.de GmbH sends a product of equal quality and price as compensation in such cases (compensation article). If the compensation article does not please, it can be returned post and package free.



1. Applicable only scheduled prices at the time of ordering, as displayed on our internet sites.

2. Prices are ex works Idealux GmbH, added value tax included (at the moment: 19%), without costs for packaging and sending.

3. Packaging and sending (delivery charges) are calculated as following: for our domestic clients delivery charges make 5,80 € for each order. Deliveries to other countries will be calculated according to the real costs.

4. We deliver by advance payment, COD, Pay-Pal or Visa/Mastercard. Advance payments or debit orders for credit cards will be considered in the invoice. When delivering by invoice, all amounts are due at the moment of delivery, or not later than 30 days from the moment of delivery and receiving of the invoice.

5. If payment is accomplished by invoice, Idealux GmbH has the following safeguarding rights.

6. Until full payment, the ware is property of Idealux GmbH. This reservation of proprietary rights expires, as soon as the goods are payed completely. The client must not dispose of the goods subject to retention of title. If the reservation of proprietary rights expires by manufacturing the goods delivered (e.g., by combination with other things), the client transfers the proprietory rights on the combined thing to PUT.de GmbH now in advance. The physical transfer is replaced by the client's storing the new thing for us gratuitously. You can cancel your contract within 14 days without reasons in written form (e.g. by letter, fax, or e-mail), or by sending back the goods received.

The right of rescission does not exist in the following case:
If products have been manufactured by the client's specifications, or have been especially adapted to the needs of the client, or if their nature does not allow return consignment.

Rescission consequences
In case of effective rescission, the bilateral performances have to be granted back, eventual benefit (for instance, interest) has to be given back. If you are not able to grant back the performance or goods completely, or partly, or only in a deteriorated state, you have to render compensation.
