The products you order are delivered by insured parcel with GLS company. When you receive the parcel, please confirm delivery of the products with your signature. If you are not at home when the parcel is delivered, it will be delivered once more the next working day. If the products can not be handed out for a second time, the shipment is going to be returned to the sender. Please take note, that, if the products must be delivered for another time, shipping and handling will be charged once more.*

Delivery times of our ware are displayed beside all our products on our website. If we are not able to comply with the named delivery times, we will inform you immediately either by phone or by e-mail.
