Netting prohibition and withholding rights

1. The client is not entitled to net his own claims against our payment claims, except if the client's claims are indisputable or legally valid.

2. The client is not entitled to net withholding claims against our payment claims – also if they result from reclamation -, except if they result from the same contract.

Warranty

1. Warranty in case of defect complaints is limited to either compensation delivery or amendment, by our choice. Addtionally, for all goods warranty terms are valid, if they are provided by the producer.
