You can cancel your contract within 14 days without reasons in written form (e.g. by letter, fax, or e-mail) by sending back the goods received.

The right of rescission does not exist in the following case:

If products have been manufactured by the client's specifications, or have been especially adapted to the needs of the client, or if their nature does not allow return consignment.

Rescission consequences

In case of effective rescission, the bilateral performances have to be granted back, eventual benefit (for instance, interest) has to be given back. If you are not able to grant back the performance or goods completely, or partly, or only in a deteriorated state, you have to render compensation.
