Product description
Flexible waterproof SMD LED strip is basically a string of SMD diodes mounted to a flexible PCB plate at an interval of 17mm between each other. The strip is covered in silicone which provides complete protection from dust and moisture. This type of SMD LED strip can be obtained as 50cm pieces with 30 SMD diodes on each, or as 300cm reels with 180 SMD diodes. Waterproof SMD strips have damp-proof connectors from both sides to connect multiple strings in a row. It is not recommended to cut these strips into smaller pieces.
Due to their IP68 waterproof qualities, these SMD led strips are used for outdoor and indoor lighting, especially in rooms with increased humidity, e.g. bathrooms. In outdoor advertising, these strips are essential for highlighting 3D letters, advertising structures, front and background illumination. They are also perfect for decorating cars because of their 12V voltage.
